The Senate vs. Senate trophy has been changing hands quite often this year! Less than a week ago, the Brainerd Campus Senate was on top of the world after its victory in Jeopardy. Unfortunately, their time with the coveted trophy was short as the Staples Campus Senate reclaimed it last night with a decisive win in dodgeball. Who knew student government could be so fun?!

We hosted some deaf scholars from China today. They were here to learn from some ASL programs, and will bring that knowledge back home and improve their offerings.

Our 1st semester nursing students are doing cultural presentations today! Each group studied a different culture and presented their findings to their classmates. It’s an important step, as nurses are exposed to many cultures, beliefs and traditions, and must be mindful of each.
